Thrive Team - This bespoke design draws on the inspiration of the Dragons Abreast community and includes the inscription of the values on the sleeve.
Our Women's Specific Mandarin Collar Paddle shirts are made from our lightweight breathable sports fabric UPF50+, with moisture wicking properties to keep you cool and dry while training and racing.
XS = W8, S = W10, M = W12, L = W14, XL = W16, 2XL = W18, 3XL = W20, 4XL = W22
Sizing Chart
All measurements are in centimetres (cm) unless specified. Key points to note:
- The measurements are garment measurements, so they are the measurement of the garment laying flat.
- They do not take into account the stretch profile or fall of the fabric.
- Measurements are a guide only.
- Due to variation in body shapes and sizes, we recommend trying on a sample item for the most accurate fit. Some of your team mates may have some to try or contact us for a sample.
- As a general rule, our garments fit true to size so we recommend ordering your standard size.
How To Measure
- CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Divide by 2 to get a half chest.
- CENTRE BACK: From the base of the collar to the hem of the shirt.

Our club rooms are set up to help ease the burden of volunteers in a club. We essentially work for the club committee and operate on their behalf.
As items are custom made to order specifically for your club, there are no refunds or returns, and exchanges will only be possible if the item you are looking to exchange is in stock.
If you are unsure on your size, please take up our option of a free 15 minute size consult, or order a sample to try on if you're still not sure. It is very important to us that you get the right size.
For Club rooms that are open for pre-order, the window is usually 2 weeks and once closed and the club has provided approval to proceed, we start manufacturing your goods to order. Manufacturing takes 6-8 weeks.
